Payment Terms & Agreements
By reserving your space at SACRED METAMORPHOSIS Retreat, you agree to the following terms:
- Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in the retreat. This reflects the energetic commitment you are making to yourself and to the group container. - Refunds
Refunds beyond the initial deposit are handled at the sole discretion of the retreat host. We honor the sacred nature of this journey and recognize that life unfolds in mysterious ways. If you are unable to attend, please reach out directly to discuss your options. - Additional Guests
Select rooms allow for one additional guest to be added for a fee of $1,100. Please contact us to arrange this payment and confirm availability. - Optional Enhancements
During our initial Zoom meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to explore additional services available for purchase — including rejuvenating facials, full-body detox exfoliation massage, family constellation therapy, and more. These services are available for an additional cost and may be paid in advance or at the retreat. All payments must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. - Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for all room options. Each plan begins with a deposit and continues with bi-weekly payments. Monthly payment plans may be arranged with prior notice to the Host. All payments must be received in full by September 4th, 2026. Payment schedules will be adjusted accordingly to meet this deadline.
